Homepath Products LLC Refund/Cancellation Policy If the customer cancels the order before the order is shipped, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less a nominal handling charge. If the customer cancels the order after the order is shipped, the customer may return the unopened package, at the customer's sole expense, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If the customer returns the product after opening the packaging, the customer may be entitled to a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling; providing that the customer returns the material undamaged at the customer's sole expense. The customer must return all product in saleable condition as determined by Homepath Products LLC in its sole discretion.
